To support our exploding growth in the NortheastMidAtlantic (NEMA) region, we are pleased to welcome Madelyn Webster as a Channel Manager focusing on Indiana, Ohio, Kentucky, and Tennessee. Madelyn will be focused on finding partners in the region who are ready to 10x their business using the expertise, tools, and resources of AVANT.
Madelyn comes to us from Nice inContact, where she spent nearly five years in the channel fostering and developing partner relationships. Her experience has been built around the complex sale of contact centers, with an emphasis on providing customers and partners with the best solutions for business continuity.
With her enthusiasm, her level of commitment to her partners, and her contagious positive outlook, Madelyn was an obvious fit in the AVANT culture. Her strong background in CCaaS and voice, and her exceptional channel management and direct selling abilities sealed the deal for us. A skilled event planner, Madelyn will bring clear returns to those partners who take advantage of the full suite of AVANT training and knowledge session offerings. She tells us that one of the many reasons she chose AVANT is because with us, she can give clients “a more exciting and unique experience in technology sales.”
Madelyn lives in Indianapolis, IN with her dogs Bernie and Cash and her cat Harry. In her free time, she prefers to “travel, spend time with her family and friends, and cuddle up with her fur-babies for a good Netflix binge.” She believes that the best partners are also friends.
