Engagement Manager
The Engagement Manager will be responsible for the development, growth and on-going maintenance of relationships within the AVANT provider portfolio.
AVANT has an exciting opening for a fast-paced, self-driven, relationship-minded individual to become part of its Vendor Management team. The Engagement Manager will be responsible for the development, growth, and ongoing maintenance of relationships within the AVANT provider portfolio. This includes assisting in business development planning and strategizing of activities that lead to revenue, category and relationship growth, sales support and market share.

Essential Functions
- Help to drive provider growth for sales, revenue, and profit goals
- On-going support, execution, and management of assigned provider relationships
- Implement and execute on business plans, programs, and marketing activities of assigned provider relationships
- Support assigned relationships with prep, coordination and communication related to any marketing events and/or meetings for optimal experience
- Assist in evaluating as well as onboarding new provider relationships
- Assist in the negotiation of new and existing provider contracts and program changes such as addendums or amendments to existing contracts
- Review pipeline, partner participation and closed sales with assigned provider relationships
- Conduct and schedule quarterly or annual business reviews as necessary or needed
- Will act as main point of contact for all escalations related to program, support, or contractual issues
- Will be the subject matter expert for assigned provider relationships regarding Rules of Engagement
- Help align partners or internal teams with assigned providers for awareness and education
- Act as a liaison between multiple departments such as sales, marketing, engineering, and operations
- Proactive communication both internal and external of provider relationship updates
- Perform other duties and tasks as assigned
Required Skills
- 3-5 years industry experience
- Must be highly organized as well as skilled at presenting, communicating-written as well as verbal, and negotiating
- Proficient in MS Office and Salesforce
- Preferred Channel sales experience and knowledge in any of the following areas:
- SD-WAN/SASE, Security, UCaaS, CCaaS, DRaaS, IaaS, Colocation, Telecommunications, SaaS and
“Cloud”.
